President - Paige Chisholm
Hello there!
My name is Paige Chisholm, and I’m thrilled to be your 2024-2025 LSS President at Canada’s best law school. I’m originally from Halifax, NS and went to StFX for my BBA, followed by a year at Saint Mary’s for a Certificate in Human Resource Management. After graduation, I spent 5 years skiing around the Canadian Rockies (and fitting in a career in Human Resources) before deciding to pursue law.

Hey everyone! Welcome to UNB Law.
My name is Dahlia, I’m a 3L and I'll be your Vice President this year. I’m originally from Halifax, NS, and did my BBA with Honours at Acadia U. After my undergrad, I took a year off and worked as a paralegal in personal injury, which made me want to come to law school! This summer, I've been working at Public Prosecutions (Appeals Branch) here in Fredericton!
I oversee Clubs, Societies, Communications, and the Lounge. I am also Co-President of the Feminist Legal Association!

Vice President Finance - Hayley Bone
GOOD MORNING, FREDERICTON!
I’m Hayley, I’m a 2L and I’m so jazzed to be your Vice President Finance & Operations this year! I’m from Halifax, Nova Scotia (Dartmouth, to be precise), and I pursued dance professionally before completing a Bachelor of Arts Honours in English Literature at Mount Saint Vincent University. This summer I completed an internship with Nova Scotia Legal Aid, I’m working as a Research Assistant, and I’m filming a third season of my TV series.

Hello everyone!
My name is Natalie (she/her) and I’m excited to join the team as your 1L Exec! I’m originally from Sackville, Nova Scotia, a medium suburb on the outskirts of Halifax that I’m proud to call home. Before pursuing a JD, I completed a combined major in French and English in 2023 from Mount Saint Vincent University. I loved English so much that I went back to write an honours thesis about teenagers, film adaptation, and Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.

Hi, I’m Amy! I’m originally from small-town Ontario, but I now call Halifax home. Before going back to school to pursue my curiosity and passion for understanding people, I read, travelled and made too many lattes to count. I graduated with an Honours BA in psychology from Saint Mary’s University in 2023. I’m a big proponent of Pilates, patio beers, scouring the thrift store, and spending time with the people I love. My name is Peter Janson, and I am one of your 3L representatives. I am originally from Digby, NS, and I completed my BA at the University of King’s College. Before starting law school, I worked in restaurants in Halifax and spent some time backpacking through Colombia.

Hi everyone! My name is Brooke and I am a 2L representative on the LSS this year. I am originally from Hampton, NB and completed my undergraduate arts degree at UNBF. I majored in sociology, law in society, and French! I spent the summer here in Freddy Beach working as a server/bartender and also with Brenton Kean as a remote student associate. Hey everyone! My name is Tim Shibre, and I am your 1L faculty council representative. I am originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and moved to Canada when I was 14. I completed my undergraduate degree here at UNB Fredericton (accounting & economics), and I am excited to join the law faculty. You could find me playing soccer, playing chess, hanging out with my Great Dane, Luna, or enjoying a horror movie in my spare time!
